Can each client have their own status page?

Yes. Pro includes 15 status pages and Business 100, each public or private. On Pro and up a page can carry the client's logo, accent colour and a message, on the client's own domain.

Can alerts for one client go only to that client's channel?

Yes. You pick the alert channels for each monitor, so each client's monitors can alert their own Slack channel, email address or webhook. Pro includes 25 alert channels and Business has no limit.

Do we pay per client?

No. The price is flat per team. When you outgrow the monitors on your plan, add-on packs add more without moving to the next plan.

Does a client's status page work if their domain uses Cloudflare?

Pro includes 10 custom domains, 3 of which can use Cloudflare. Business includes unlimited custom domains, 10 of them using Cloudflare.

Will a slow client site alert us all night?

No. A monitor has to fail several checks in a row, and on paid plans a second location has to see the same failure, before an incident opens and anyone hears about it.
