No. Free has no fee and no fixed term: five monitors checked every five minutes from Germany, one alert channel and one public status page. Upgrade when you want more locations or more frequent checks.
Confirmation needs a second location to check the same thing. Free checks from Germany only, so there is no second opinion to ask. Starter adds three locations per monitor, and an incident opens only when a second one sees the failure too.
No. Every plan is a flat price per team. Starter includes 5 team members, and Pro and Business have no limit.
The annual price is shown per month and billed once a year, which works out at about two months free. Starter is €149.88 a year, Pro €399.48 and Business €899.88, all plus VAT.
Business includes a 99.9% uptime SLA. The SLA page has the details.
